Vintage Library China Cabinet by Kim

Hello everyone, today I would like to share with you my Vintage Style Library Cabinet I have created with Gina's new China Cabinet storage piece.

I love the look of the books on the inside of the piece, but I won't be storing books in here, but rather my embossing powders. There is so much space inside and it's going to make great storage in my craft room.

I love the three drawers at the bottom of the cabinet. I decorated them with some of the Kaisercraft Weekend Market paper, and added some laces, metal drawer pulls and Gina's amazing number plates, I love these! The drawers on this piece are nice and deep, so I can store even more embossing powders in there as well.

 Below you can see one of Gina's wooden key pieces on which I used some gold texture paste to give it an aged look.

Whimsical Fairy Watering Can from Jennifer and A Little China Cabinet from Heidi

Here you can see one of our Fairies perched upon the spout of the can, ready to help out watering the flowers.

We love how the butterflies seem to be flying all around this magical piece!

 Good Day my friends!!

Today's project from Gina's Designs is a new little china cabinet and it is A-dorable!  It is made with a hard board and so it was easy for me to use my American Chalk paint on it.  I have been wanting to do a project with it and this worked perfect- the small version of my ideal little cabinet.  The doors open and there are 2 shelves in there to store little items on it.    

On the bottom are 3 little drawers that are sturdy and open and can actually be used for storage (imagine that!).  I got these little drawer pulls that are actually brads- aren't they perfect for the distressed cabinet?  I adore it.

First up today is Shanna with a beautiful and practical storage solution.

Hi everyone, it's Shanna here today to share a fun project.  I love storage and this China Cabinet is amazing!

I covered everything using some Tim Holtz papers for a vintage look.

I numbered the boxes and colored them to match the papers.

I filled it with a few knick knacks from my goodie containers to showcase the inside.

 Next up is Marfa with an adorable home decor project.

Good morning chickadees!  Happy Saturday :-)  Today I want to show you a House Shrine Box from Gina's Designs.  I am using it to display some of my 3D quilling.  I began by covering it with modeling paste and I drew some designs on it for visual effect and texture.  I used a very thin layer so it dried fairly quickly.  Then I painted it with Adirondack ink.  Inside I covered everything with scrapbook paper.  I also created a shelf out of cardboard so I could display more quilled items.  The finishing touch was some pretty flowers.

 

This project was very easy to put together.  You do not need to be an expert crafter to do it and its going to look great on a shelf, or on your desk.
